Today went to the guild's house @ 7.45am for batik painting course.I met the seniors in the mrt stations and we go together.It was fun and interesting but a lot of steps is required to finish the whole batik painting.
1st step : trace out the picture on a paper on the silk cloth
2nd step : stapler the sillk cloth on the frame firmly
3rd step : apply wax on the outline of the picture
4th step : paint the picture(this is the part where we can create the colours ourselves as there are limited colours and also is the part i like.)
5th step : wait for the picture to dry
6th step : apply wax on the whole picture(i like this step..)
7th step : take out the silk cloth from the frame
8th step : iron the whole silk cloth
And then Batik painting is done!
